How To Make A Return



At Streetworld, we aim to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers. To initiate a return, kindly follow the simple steps outlined below:


Step 1: Prepare the Required Information


Before composing the return email, ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Your order number (can be found in the order confirmation email or on the user page under orders).

  • Your full name, as provided during the purchase.


Step 2: Create the Return Email


Compose an email to order@streetworld.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]."


Step 3: Provide Return Details


Please include the following information in the email:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return, specifying the product name and quantity.


Step 4: State the Reason for Return (Optional)


If you feel comfortable sharing the reason for your return, you can include it in the email. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us enhance our services.


Step 5: Await Confirmation


After sending the return request email, our customer support team will review your request. We strive to respond promptly and will send you a confirmation email with a shipping label once your return request has been processed.
